Renovation Royal Park

Clients had been stressing due to their next door neighbour having a bad experience with there renovation so this project was delayed for two years.

We were engaged by the clients after a we were able to assure her that we would deliver the project on time and with in budget.

The client was after particular feature tiles and a specific stone bench top.

We were able to achieve all her expectation and more with this beautiful bathroom and laundry upgrade.

Clients look around for a new home but found that renovation there existing home of 50 years was a better option so in conjunction with Tony of Decorso Builders we set about transforming their home to accommodate their ailing health.

New decking, new bathroom raising sunken lounge floor to one level add and ensuite, new kitchen, fresh coat of paint , new aluminium windows, render existing brick walls and adding a spa bath

Results are stunning turn around was 4 months
